Privacy Policy
Last updated October 31, 2026.
This Privacy Policy explains how tillertattoos.com (the “Site”), operated for Tyler Gentry doing business as Tiller Tattoos (“we,” “us”), handles information when you visit.
Information we collect
The Site is a simple informational website. It has no contact forms, accounts, newsletter sign-ups or shopping cart, and we do not ask you to submit personal information on this Site.
Like nearly every website, our hosting provider and network services (such as Cloudflare) may automatically record standard technical data when you load a page, including your IP address, browser type, device type, pages requested, referring page and the date and time of the visit. This data is used to deliver the Site, keep it secure and troubleshoot problems.
Cookies and tracking
The Site does not use advertising cookies or third-party analytics. Our network provider may set a strictly necessary cookie used for security and performance. If we add analytics in the future, we will update this policy.
Booking and third-party services
Appointments are booked through Porter (web.getporter.io), a third-party booking service. When you request a tattoo or book flash, the information you provide (such as your name, contact details, reference images and payment information) is collected by Porter under Porter’s own privacy policy and terms, and shared with the artist so he can schedule and prepare for your appointment.
The Site also links to Facebook and Google Maps. When you follow those links, those companies’ privacy policies apply.
How we use information
Information shared with us through Porter or social media messages is used only to respond to you, plan and perform your tattoo, keep required records, and handle your appointment. We do not sell your personal information.
Photos of your tattoo
Tattoo artists commonly photograph finished work for their portfolio and social media. Photos are of the tattoo, and we will honor your request if you would prefer that a photo of your tattoo not be posted.
Children
The Site is intended for adults. Tattoo services are only provided to clients 18 and older, and we do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Data security and retention
We take reasonable steps to protect information we receive and keep it only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law.
Your choices
You may ask us what information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by contacting Tyler Gentry through Facebook or through Porter. Requests about data held by Porter should also be sent to Porter.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The “last updated” date above shows when it last changed.
